THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for building a strong client partnership with enterprise customers to be the central point of contact for all support issues, enhancement requests, defect resolutions, and all matters with regard to assigned customer base.

You have proven success working with high profile customers, conducting support stewardship meetings and managing significant and unique issues through resolution.
You are excited to work cross functionally with support analysts, sales, and product management to advocate for client needs and ensure a superior support experience.
You enjoy analyzing data to identify repetitive patterns, pursue operational improvement and proactively notify customers of activities related to their account.
You apply project management expertise to ensure upgrades and other critical events are successful.
You are motivated by being responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and are willing to prioritize and escalate to achieve this.
You are excited to develop a thorough understanding of customers? IT environments and how Vertafore solutions align with customers? business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate the political structure of complex organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated; ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Ability to work long hours which can include nights and weekends for major customer upgrades or deployments
Solution oriented, able to quickly coordinate the resources to identify the logical alternatives to issue resolution, present same to customer, and act to coordinate execution immediately
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Oracle CRM Experience a plus
Insurance/Financial industry experience a plus
Experience using Vertafore Product Suite a plus
Ability to travel 10% of the time
