Technical Account Manager Yieldex

The Yieldex technical account manager works with multiple Yieldex clients as their dedicated Yieldex technical resource. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of all technical issues with both clients and internal Yieldex teams. Technical account managers are responsible for providing expertise and driving adoption of the Yieldex product suite, while being expert ad serving industry resources to our client base. Candidates should have deep interest/expertise in the online media ecosystem. Experience working with ad servers, 3rd party data providers, online media order management systems, and yield management tools will be beneficial.
This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to set and exceed client expectations for success. The candidate will understand the client success metrics and apply technical and product expertise to ensure successful client adoption. Success will require strong communication and coordination with the client and internal engineering and product teams.

Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
3+ years of technical experience in a professional services role at an online publishing or technology company
Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical specifications, problems and concepts
Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
Ability to work well independently
Excellent written and oral communication
Experience with advanced functions in Excel and working knowledge of relational databases and UNIX
Ability to work on multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines
Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and high integrity
Track record of building constructive working relationships throughout the organization
Travel to client sites as needed, less than 5%

Experience in the digital ad serving industry
Experience with audience data and targeting
Experience with order management systems for the ad serving industry
