Technical Account Managers are technology consultants and liaisons between our external partners and dealership customers and CarWoo!'s Engineering, Product and Business Development teams. In this role, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integration of CarWoo!'s product offering. As the resident technical expert, you also work closely with the Business Development team to monitor our products' performance for our partners, develop tools that address partners' technological and business needs and identify opportunities that scale and grow CarWoo!'s partnerships business. In addition you will work closely with our Dealership Account Management team to ensure that our Dealer customers are tightly integrated with CarWoo!'s product offering
Responsibilities:
Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner and dealers integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner and dealer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
Depth of experience in XML, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and/or Unix/Linux.
Proven hands-on experience of Internet products and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in a technical field.
Experience of 1 programming language recommended.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong team player, and a creative thinker.
Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
