Technical Account Manager Lotame Solutions
Lotame is a top player in the Data Management Platform (DMP) market with a background steeped in data collection, targeting, and advertising related technologies. We are building on that legacy by continuing to extend our products in new and exciting ways. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work out of our Columbia office.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a part of Lotame?s Client Success Team and the primary technical point of contact for Lotame?s DMP customers. You will take the lead from the technical side to implement, troubleshoot, and grow our DMP clients. You will work with Lotame?s Sales Engineering, Strategic Account Management, and Technical Services teams to ensure that our new client implementations are well-planned and executed, and that our existing clients are fully engaged with our platform. In this role, you will also act as the voice of the customer within Lotame to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business needs for our customers.
You will work directly with some of the world?s largest online publishers, major telecom providers, and top-tier marketers and agencies to deliver best-in-breed technical service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess and lead optimal implementation of Lotame?s Data Management Platform for a variety of clients
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans outlining the Implementation process for the client
Prepare and deliver customized training materials for each client connecting our platform to their intended usage
Travel to client offices to deliver in-person training
Work with existing clients on all technical issues surrounding the ingestion, organization, and activation of web, mobile, and offline data.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and effectively translate them into solutions for clients.
Organized and analytical, able to assess client needs and develop and oversee an effective implementation plan.
Strong business and operational analytical skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to lead Product Trainings for clients
Ability to maintain internal relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to independently manage and drive personal workload
Ability to effectively work and communicate with various client-side groups, including C-Level, Technical, Ad Operations, and Account Management.
Preferred experience working in AdTech and/or SaaS-based companies
Education / Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field, AND
2-4 years of relevant experience, OR
Relevant combination of education and experience
Preferred: Experience with online Ad operations, Ad tech, or SaaS businesses
Preferred: Experience with project management
Preferred: Experience in presenting to groups, especially trainings
