Brightree, which is one of the fastest growing companies in Georgia, and the fastest growing Internet-based business management solution in the Home Medical Equipment market, is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to oversee reporting and analysis activities for Brightree Services, LLC. Brightree Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brightree, LLC and provides full service billing assistance to customers on the Brightree and CareAnyware SaaS platforms. The ideal person for this role has the ability to communicate effectively with customers (in the same manner as an Account Manager) while also being comfortable with heavy data analysis responsibilities. The right candidate has a mix of both sales and technical competencies. The person in this role has to be equally confident discussing business matters with CFOs as well as line employees. The individual in this position will be actively engaged in face-to-face and telephonic exchanges with management at our location in Paddock Lake, Wisconsin and our customers. In these exchanges, individual will be responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements to develop analysis, reports and/or presentations to solve concerns. Individual must be a team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, strong professional verbal (face-to-face and phone) and written communication (email, Powerpoint presentations and Excel analysis) abilities. Extensive understanding on how businesses are organized and how success is measured is critical to candidate success in the role. Additionally, experience liaising with external customers and internal programmers is imperative.
? Customer facing Account Management: customer issues will be identified/surfaced. Candidate will work with the customer to help them understand the issue, client/Brightree ownership and action plans associated with resolution. Candidate will also be accountable for ongoing follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Ad Hoc analysis and reporting: management at our location in Paddock Lake, WI will identify needs for analysis and reporting that will allow them to complete special projects or activities more efficiently. Candidate will gather requirements, complete analysis and facilitate transition to internal management.
? Reactive customer analysis and reporting: unexpected concerns will arise at customers which will require timely response to customer management to manage satisfaction. Candidate will work with customer and management at our location in Paddock Lake, WI to understand issues and develop analysis and prepare reporting to present to customer.
? Proactive customer analysis and reporting: understanding ongoing expectations of customers is paramount to long term satisfaction. Candidate will work with VP Billing Services, internal management and customers to understand success metrics and develop reporting to address ongoing expectations management.
? Development of and management to business requirements for ongoing reporting; candidate will work with IT to enhance, test and roll-out ongoing reporting to address the following:
o Internal process efficiency
o Internal personnel performance measurement
o Customer performance / scorecard
? A least 5 years of Customer Management experience. Able to diagnose, diffuse, and solve customer concerns.
? 5 years of Financial and Operational Analysis experience. The right person will know how to extract data, review it, and make decisions that impact our customers.
? 3 years of Business Process Improvement experience
? Bachelor?s degree
? Expert with Excel and Powerpoint
? Master?s degree
