Technical Account Manager Account Management | London, United Kingdom Marin is experiencing tremendous business growth and is seeking to add an outstanding individual contributor with strong prior experience managing paid search campaigns. The Technical Account Manager for Marin Professional will work closely with counterparts in many parts of the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Product to ensure revenue objectives are met. This position is located in our London office and reports directly to the General Manager of Marin Professional. Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for managing Marin Professional clients from the start of their relationship with Marin
Assess the current state of prospect PPC (SEM, Display and Social) programs and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement
Demonstrate the value of the software platform to clients during an evaluation period and throughout paid subscription
Work with account executives to position the benefit of Marin Software to prospects and clients
Serve as a conduit of prospect-related product features to the product team for roadmap consideration
Keep up to date with all Marin product & feature developments and promote benefits to clients
Requirements3 or more years of prior experience in a client facing role (e.g. client manager, sales consultant, etc.)
3 or more years of hands-on paid search management, social media management, or similar experience
Prior sales training / product demonstrations with intuitive grasp of selling techniques
Strong oral communications skills
Quantitative Bachelor's degree from a top University
Fluency in French, German is desirable
Compensation Full-time salaried position with incentive performance component -- compensation dependent on prior experience. Position includes equity participation.
