Responsibilities:
Manage client revenue soup to nuts. This includes:
o Setting initial revenue expectations for customers based upon test data or historical vertical/placement/unit data.
o Create custom units for new customers and handle all aspects of the onboarding process
o Measuring and watching publisher eCPM constantly and realigning expectations with AE as well as customer as needed
o Optimizing publisher revenue on an ongoing basis using internal tools and internal analytics
o Optimize unit CTR using internal tools and internal analytics, as well as pub relationship for better UI/placement.
o Lead the creation and completion of A/B testing (from hypothesis to identifying success metrics) to improve revenue performance of our network as a whole and individual customers
General account management, including:
o Manage relationships with current partners, including upselling into new units and features
o Finding unique insights for publishers and being
o Responding to technical issues and complaints in a timely manner
o Manage payments and contracts for web publishers
Be an ongoing advocate for the customer and protect their interests internally
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis, basic statistical analysis, associated tools like Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of search business a huge plus
Basic scripting and SQL skills a huge plus
1-2 years of work experience preferred.
