Technical Account Manager NopSec
Are you passionate about helping customers? Do you have the business savvy and the technical affinity to be a trusted business advisor? We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented candidate who can drive technical engagements with customers for pre-sales and post-sales opportunities.
As Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sales relationships with NopSec's largest customers. Your technical abilities are critical in helping with product implementation, troubleshooting, and answering technical questions. You will develop and maintain customer relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth. You will play a major role in influencing the technical direction of NopSec?s products by gathering customer feedback and communicating it back to our engineering team. This is a broad role that will evolve as our team and solution offerings grow.
Relationship Management ? Serve as the primary point of contact, connect with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction, understand the customer's business, and develop a strong network of contacts.
Sales ? Drive sales renewals, identify new use cases, and uncover upsell opportunities within existing customers. Assist sales team with engagements to remove technical-related buying objections from the sales cycle.
Technical Excellence ? Maintain functional and technical knowledge of NopSec?s products. Manage and support the customer evaluation process, as well as guide and inform customers in the successful use of NopSec?s products, troubleshooting issues as required.
Collaboration ? Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales and engineering, to incorporate customer feedback and use cases into features of the product. Act as the customer advocate by providing constructive product feedback based on hands-on experience.
Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant and/or sales account manager for software solutions.
Strong technical background with previous experience in IT security preferred.
Exemplary history of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Proven track record of organizational/project management skills with an ability to manage competing client demands.
Passion for technology paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training or industry experience
