Technical Account Manager
Lead and project manage post-implementation technical needs of clients; partner with outside Systems Integrators, internal Host Analytics Strategic Services, or customers' internal teams
Act as a consultant to help clients get better results from their Host Analytics solutions and programs using and creating industry best practices
Develop required level of knowledge of customers' business process, workflows, and technical requirements in order to build 'trusted advisor' relationships with customers
Propose creative viable solutions to the executive sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a pro-active basis and project manage client initiatives both internally and externally
Serve as main point of technical contact for the client, develop and grow the client relationship and represent your clients' interests while keeping ours in mind; jointly solve critical business problems
Partner with Customer Account Management, to develop technical account plans and execute on strategy or tactics for closing upsale / add on business
Manage technical discovery, which includes providing leadership and guidance in the formulation of requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process assessments, and project assessments for sales opportunities; leverage Host Analytics software, applications and services together with other resources to develop innovative solutions that satisfy technical, fiscal, and schedule constraints within the customers' business
Advocate for customers internally at Host Analytics work closely with product management and professional services on product roadmap and future features and functionality
Participate and host high-profile customer-facing meetings with members of account team and management as needed or required by customer, this may include reporting and escalating to members of senior management, the results of ongoing issues, account relationships, strategic direction and annual plans for continual account improvement as a part of the overall account team.
Requirements
BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology
5 years of software development experience in budgeting and forecasting, including OpEx, personnel, revenue, capital and balance sheet planning
