Technical Account Manager Devicescape Software
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The TAM (Technical Account Manager) is responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with Devicescape?s operator customers. The TAM will ensure the successful implementation and deployment of Devicescape solutions within operator accounts. In these accounts, the TAM will act as a trusted advisor and will serve as the single point of contact regarding any technical or service needs of the customer. Ultimately the TAM is responsible for the operational health of the Devicescape customer.
Work closely with Devicescape Sales and Devicescape Sales Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of pre-sales accounts to post-sales, production deployments.
Serve as the intermediary between the operator customer (operations and product development) and Devicescape internal teams (engineering and operations).
Define and manage the processes and project plans for delivering custom Devicescape solutions to operator customers.
Take the lead in hosting regular operational/status calls with the operator customer.
Manage customer trials of Devicescape solutions.
Serve as the customer advocate, representing customer needs to Devicescape management.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product platform.
Develop and document best practices for customer on-boarding.
Bachelor?s degree in EE, CS, or equivalent work experience.
Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction.
Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation and communication skills.
Good in prioritization, time management and excellent follow through skills.
At least 4 years of technical project management experience with a proven record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.
Ability to understand technical issues and identify gaps.
Strong knowledge of mobile applications, wireless communications and networking.
Familiarity with mobile operating systems including Android and iOS and operating system concepts.
