Purpose & Objectives
The Technical Account Manager role is to ensure customer success with their icix experience. This person is the customer?s advocate within icix in that bridges the customer?s needs with our capabilities. The candidate will join a team of 6 account managers who are currently servicing our customers. The candidate must have experience in dealing with medium to complex software implementation so they can manage expectations with customers. While this role is not a ?technical? position, the candidate must demonstrate their ability to understand software applications and have had experience managing such implementations.
Manage customers? implementation of icix software, including:
Creating Statement of Work
Managing customer through Project go-live
Work with Engineering team to manage the scope and timeline of the project internally.
Manage customers? escalation situation
Develop best practices of icix implementation
Traveling requirements: 2 to 6 days per quarter
5+ years in a technical account management function in high-tech, preferably in the Retail, or CPG sector.
PMI Certified a plus
