Technical Account Manager
Role and Responsibilities
?Work with the Account Management team to forge relationships within accounts at various management levels and across relevant functions to ensure RAMP value is communicated deeply and broadly.
?Manage day-to-day customer communication with technical program and project manager counterparts at Tier 1 Media Companies and Enterprises to ensure customers are consistently maximizing their RAMP investment through comprehensive, best-practices product and service impelmentations.
?Identify opportunities to expand service offering within accounts by discovering, positioning, and presenting value of additional RAMP solutions within accounts and working with the Account Manager to drive opportunities to closure.
?Capture engagement and usage metrics to identify areas of opportunity both for the customer and RAMP.
?Work with the Account Management and Product Management to position and test forward-looking product concepts within accounts.
?Lead efforts across functions to deliver timely updates, issue resolution, and new product launches within accounts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
?3-5 years of related work experience in technology field. Ideal candidates come from a Sales Engineering and/or Project Management background.
?Excellent customer communication skills, with emphasis on strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for potential solutions, and ability to assess and define integration requirements both internally and externally
?Ability to work cross functionally and to align resources to consistently deliver high levels of satisfaction.
?Knowledge and experience in online video/multimedia, web/enterprise search, web hosting, and web analytics businesses as plus.
?Knowledge of and positioning SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise solutions to drive successful revenue growth a plus.
?Prior experience in technology/software sales and or media experience preferred.

B.S. in Computer-related field preferred
