Technical Account Managers ON24

Technical Account Managers own the relationship between ON24 and its clients. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of client projects on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as the discovery of new business opportunities.
This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to manage and facilitate simultaneous projects involving sales, engineering, finance, and external client teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute an account management strategy, including anticipating client needs and expectations for new business opportunities
Revenue forecasting
Successfully execute client engagements and act as the client?s primary point-of-contact for all post-contract related issues.
Receive and process event requests, and ensure they are executed
Custom scoping requirements
Provide confirmation of delivery of contracts
Product / Service Consulting
Event tracking / reporting
Ensure that all projects are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost effective manner.
Consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Compile and report customer KPIs (financial and satisfaction)
Manage customer satisfaction survey feedback processes
Lead customer facing quality review / satisfaction meetings
Keep current with all ON24 product information, pricing, and contract terms
Provide client training of ON24?s proprietary webcasting platform, including self-service products.
Facilitate Account Setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification.
Provide process and reconciliation of invoicing for ON24 products and services.
Create Work Orders and Change Orders
Track fulfillment of Work Orders and Master Service Agreements
Track fulfillment status of customer Purchase Orders
Work with the billing team regarding billing issues.
Mark contracts as fulfilled
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
At least 4 years of work experience in account management and client communications
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline.
Strong Internet and Web technical skills including intermediate knowledge of HTML.
Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Integrity, Creativity, Intellectual Curiosity, High Standards, Persistence, and Achievement oriented.
HIGHLY DESIRED EXPERIENCE
A solid understanding of live and on-demand streaming media technologies combined with a working knowledge of audio/video streaming and codecs.
Must be prepared to work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel.
