RealMatch is looking for a Technical Affiliate Coordinator. The position reports to the Chief Client Officer and involves a variety of responsibilities and tasks associated with successfully launching new affiliates, second tier tech support, generating and distributing internal reporting, and providing existing clients superb customer experiences.
The Affiliate Coordinator will be tasked with responding to customer inquiries, as well as conducting pro-active activities such as trainings and leading meetings. Having technical knowledge and experience in HTML, Java Script, CSS, SQL, XML and XSL is an advantage, in addition the Affiliate Coordinator will have to master the features of our online-delivered software product, be a quick learner and represent the company in a professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and online chat forums.
Participate in technical aspects of onboarding new clients, using HTML, Java Script, CSS, SQL, XML/XSL.
Provide training to clients concerning the use of internal systems, as well as sales and marketing strategies.
Regularly document and present all project milestones, documenting overall impact to project timelines.
Proactively contact affiliates on a regular basis to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed
Review open cases throughout the day and ensure they are closed to the clients satisfaction via SaleForce.
Other duties may be assigned as required.
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with basic internet issues
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Education and Experience: Four-year college degree or two year associates degree and at least 2 years of related experience and/or training.
Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. In addition, the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales prospects and customers.
Computer Skills: Good computer skills, knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software and MS Office software. Database software knowledge is a plus.
