JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead customer meetings with technical staff on topics including hardware requirements, network configuration, remote access, system integration, data migration, software installation and software maintenance
Understand and document customer technical environment
Collect / document information on customer data feeds and software integrations
Collect / document technical specifications for custom development when needed
Gather or provide all needed information within project timelines
Address customer questions and concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Build and maintain positive relationship with customer
Perform QA on work done by others as needed
Work with Casenet project team to keep implementation on time and on budget
Solve problems with support of other resources and offer solutions to our customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years in a customer-facing role
Ability to discuss, explain and present technical information with technical or non-technical customers
Experience writing technical documentation including tech specs
Strong working knowledge of application development
Experience with ETL, web services
Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work effectively with informal structure
Strong client focus and collaborative work style
Good understanding of project management disciplines.
Healthcare experience preferred
Travel required.
