Functions as a focal point between system users, software developers, and operators by blending technical knowledge with business best practices
Participate as part of the client service team to ensure an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment
Provide efficient and effective resolution to internal/external client created cases.
Diagnose problems within proprietary enterprise platforms
Assist in the release and deployment of product updates
Participate in a rotating evening/weekend shift
2+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in customer support
2+ years experience with enterprise application support
Excellent Diagnostic and Problem Solving Skills
Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments
Experience remotely diagnosing networked computer systems.
Able to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, good customer interaction skills are a must
The following items are a plus
Bachelors in Computer Science or degree in a related technical field
Basic networking skills, an understanding of firewalls and network infrastructures a plus.
1+ years experience querying and using relational databases
Comfortable reading and diagnosing error messages and stack traces
