If you were a Technical Business Analyst/Product Architect at Dotomi this is what you would have done lately:
Reviewed new feature requests for our core ad serving platform and worked to scope and define them. Typically as a ?minimally viable? candidate and the roadmap for future enhancement.
Worked with technical architects to insure requests are assigned, assignees understand design approaches and have LOE estimated.
Fought to get one enhancement added to a build cycle that will help operations teams minimize tedious configurations.
Advocated to table another enhancement until engineering can come up with a better solution, because the practical implications of current solution mean a lot of rework ahead.
Weighed in on a discussion between QA and Engineers on proper interpretation of a test result ? deciding if it?s a pass or not.
Reviewed development status on enhancements to Dotomi?s core ad server technology.
Assisted QA with confirming correct operation of new development.
Answered questions from Operations teams on best approaches to accomplish complex setups and/or solve problems.
