The Technical Client Support Specialist will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues that arise internally with our ad serving technology platform. Tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production application issues. This person will also act as the frontline interface for all users and effectively support customers.
Additional responsibilities will include updating/enhancing current applications and work to automate support processes of our system.
Work with internal customers to resolve 1st level issues
Commit to providing excellent customer service to both those internally and externally
Manage data and analysis
Clearly communicate with the stake holders technical material
Articulate the capabilities and functions of our products through
Working closely with Product Management and Engineering to troubleshoot
Assist with performing the analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, support, documentation of the platform
Bachelor?s Degree required
2 years of experience in a technology application support role
Previous experience with debugging tools such as Firebug, Fiddler, Web Developer Toolbar
Experience with ad servers or digital advertising
Experience in using customer support ticketing systems is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
