Responsibilities:
Compusearch Software Systems Inc., a leading provider of COTS-based procurement and grants management solutions for the federal government, is seeking technical consultants to support the design, development, implementation and operation of its solutions throughout both the Federal Civilian and DoD market.
Our technical consultants work on a broad range of assignments including the following:
Design, development and testing of software enhancements and adaptations to Compusearch?s COTS application products
Development and implementation of real-time integrations with other applications including Federal ERP software solutions and other administrative and programmatic systems
Support the technical configuration, management and operation of Compusearch software solutions at client sites, including software installation, testing, configuration management, conversions, data base administration and related activities
Experience, Skills/Abilities, and Education:
2-8 years experience in the design, development, implementation and operation of web-based applications, especially federal administration applications such as procurement, grants, financial management, asset management
Hands-on, demonstrable experience in Oracle DBMS desired
Knowledge of federal ERP software architectures such asx SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and others
Experience with XML/web services, ASP, .NET, SOAP, APIs and related technologies a plus
Strong problem-solving, analysis, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience working as a contractor for Federal clients a plus
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline
Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates will need to be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time, communicate orally and in writing, and be able to travel to and work in multiple locations.
