Compusearch, a leading provider for procurement and grants application software solutions to the federal market, seeks experienced Technical Leads of off-the-shelf enterprise software implementations. Compusearch consultants work directly with clients to understand key elements of their business processes and then work onsite to implement and operate Compusearch software products in a manner that best suits the client?s needs. Responsibilities:

Compusearch seeks experienced Technical Leads to supervise, guide, and manage technical tasks and teams during the implementation of its off-the-shelf enterprise PRISM Acquisition and Grants Management software solutions within Federal agencies. The Technical Lead is responsible for assuring that all technical aspects of the implementation are completed on time, on target, and on budget. This includes setting objectives, preparing plans, managing resources against plan, working with the client to ensure technical design meets their needs, managing exceptions, and coordinating with functional, management, and other work teams on large-scale implementation programs.

Primary responsibilities of the Technical Lead include:

Lead technical project teams across all planning, technical implementation, operations and maintenance work areas

Interaction with senior client leadership to define technical designs of interfaces, enhancements and data migration tasks

Troubleshoot and manage client technical issues (includes both IT environment related issues and data issues)

Design and develop data migration tools and client-specific maintenance scripts

Lead our clients and team to a successful implementation of Compusearch?s off-the-shelf PRISM acquisition and grants management software within large, complex Federal organizations

Experience, Skills/Abilities, and Education:

8+ years of professional experience in Public sector ERP system implementations

Proven record of managing the tasks of deploying an Acquisition, Financial or other ERP system in the Public sector

Hands-on knowledge and experience with:

o Windows Server Operating System

o Windows and IIS security

o Troubleshooting connectivity in locked down IT environment

o Troubleshooting web services

o Load Balancing of web applications

o Oracle PL/SQL programming and database administration

o Data migration techniques

o Standardized/automated testing

o System Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process

o Quality assurance

Superior client relationship skills

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Proven leadership of project technical teams including implementation of best practices and standards

Self starter, team player

BA or BS degree in a related field; advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
