JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer oriented hands-on leadership role in the technical implementation and configuration of our enterprise Care Management software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of offshore and/or onsite development resources to deliver on customer requirements
Providing optimal solutions incorporating Casenet product and customer system integration points
Estimating / scoping new work based on Statements of Work
Writing code for complex requirements
Acting as a technical resource for the project team
Managing code including branching, merging, code reviews
Working with Project Manager to triage and assigns tickets/bugs to engineers
Interfacing with Customer on Engineering/IT issues as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Team leadership and coaching skills
3 + years experience successfully working with customers
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Robust problem solving skills
1 + years experience leading a development team
Experience leading an offshore development team a plus
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload and projects with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Java, JavaScript and other scripting languages
Experience with XML, X12 transaction sets and Web Services
Experience with SQL Server
Writing complex SQL statements
Installing and supporting replication
Healthcare industry experience preferred
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
