The Technical Content Developer will research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high quality and user-friendly technical documents and videos for end users to teach them how to configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the Palo Alto Networks products. The end users may be technical or less-experienced users and internal audiences such as services and support personnel who support these end users.
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to 'translate' complicated technical concepts into understandable content that helps our customers.
Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
Functions as a member of a cross-functional team; collaborates with product management, engineers, and support personnel to produce product documentation based on established deadlines and milestones. Attends and reports at regular team meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
