Enliven Software, an East Lansing based eInvoicing and ePayments company is hiring for a Technical Support position to work with its Fidesic platform team.
Summary of Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and chat to support customers
Document support issues and requests
Communicate issues effectively between end user and development team
Test and evaluate new features and enhancements
Assist with data entry and analysis
Provide reporting and analytics
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Effectively multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications quickly
Self-motivated
Strong technical knowledge of computers
Desired Qualifications
General accounting knowledge
SQL or any basic server side web programming languages
