TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP I
Core responsibilities are supporting FNC products and services through email support, desktop support, and telephone support, interacting with customers in a professional manner, and troubleshooting problems to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. This individual serves as a first point of contact for the customer. He/she is expected to troubleshoot and resolve simple support and functionality issues with little to no supervision and troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues with assistance from others.
Resolve support tickets (email, phone call, and voicemail) efficiently and according to standard procedures
Proficiency with troubleshooting desktop PC software issues, including configuration, networking and installations
Ability to solve simple support issues with little or no supervision and troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues with assistance from others
Ability to respond to customer inquiries regarding transactions, billing issues, and technical problems
Thoroughly document all calls and activities concerning customer issues in call tracking system and escalates according to established standard operating procedures
Perform related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed by Manager
The applicant MUST have the following:
Professional business demeanor
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment
High speed internet access at home.
Bachelor?s degree or five years equivalent experience
Technical experience preferred
Work requires the physical demands of standing, bending, lifting, stooping or performing other work requiring light physical exertion (up to 30 pounds) on an occasional basis (up to 15% of time) and frequent walking; or moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds) on an intermittent basis (not a routine part of the job).
Work is performed under basically normal working conditions as in a standard call center environment.
