Position Overview:
Operative, an interactive advertising industry leader, is looking for someone to join our Implementation Services group. You?ll be responsible for the design and implementation of technical integrations for customers launching on our advertising business management software, Operative.One. As most enterprise software implementations pose new challenges, you?ll be working in uncharted territories and forging new paths to success. As a member of the Implementation Services team, you?ll also have the opportunity to improve the methodology and tools used to implement new clients.

Each implementation represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies and people and will involve a wide range of responsibilities including:
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead on implementation projects for Operative.One, our core software product. Responsible for technical integrations such as inventory setup, custom ad server integrations and Salesforce.com integration
Daily communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects progress smoothly and deliverables are met on time.
Think of new ways to improve our implementation process and methodology as well as own or take part in internal improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree required. CS, MIS, or technical focus preferred
2-3 yrs. experience in a client facing role
Required Skills:
Project Management
Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong client presentation skills
Ability to gather technical requirements and develop a plan to execute those requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working with Digital Advertising, Online Publishing or Interactive Media companies strongly preferred
Enterprise software implementation experience
Previous experience integrating enterprise applications with other business systems such as CRM and/or invoicing systems
Understanding of software development lifecycle
