The Role

We are looking for you to help us deliver high-availability low-latency technology supporting client-facing trading algorithms. You will report into the technical lead and be responsible for developing and supporting the product.

Responsibilities

Development of projects supporting Equity Trading Analytics platform.
Key accountabilities include development, testing, implementation, and support.
Key member who is part of team that is involved in continuous improvement of; processes, product development, product quality and technology.


Qualifications/Skills

The ideal candidate has had 3+ years of experience in development of Equity products in a global financial services company or vendor.
Experience and knowledge of Equity products and instruments including Market Data
Strong API/Socket based programming experience.
Experience in software development in one or more of the following areas: order routing, smart order router, feed handlers, algorithmic trading, pricing models, benchmark calculation and analytics and FIX
Proficiency with computer technologies Java, C++, Linux, middleware (transports), signals generation, and OO Design.
Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Excellent listening, writing, analytical, strategic and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated development skills in a collaborative, team oriented style.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
