Description:Invenio Solutions is seeking an inside sales representative to manage and grow our accounts. This person should have strong phone skills and feel comfortable making cold calls to other businesses in order to introduce the company/product.

Duties:
1 to 3 years of inside sales experience
Experience with IT or software industry is a HUGE PLUS
Proven ability to learn a new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
Enthusiastic, driven and confident ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product and business opportunity
OUTSTANDING phone presentation and communication skills are a must
Experience with sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and product interest or inside sales development experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:Most crucially, we are looking for someone who has a gift for building relationships. Potential for success and raw talent are essential. Through the years, we've found that those who do well in our company tend to have a background in sales, customer service, or retail. That said, if you don't have a track record in any of these industries, we are absolutely prepared to invest in developing the right person.
