What you are responsible for
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to team of 4+ developers while remaining hands-on in development
+ Work with engineers, architects, and other managers to define scope and delivery schedules
+ Lead design, code review, test automation and continuous build activities
+ Play an active role in key architecture and implementation decisions

What you need for this position
+ Strong technical and analytical skills
+ Recent hands-on coding experience and familiarity with latest technologies
+ Ability to self-organize and work effectively with minimal supervision.
+ Experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments
+ Experience delivering distributed and highly scalable web 2.0 applications
+ Commitment to automated unit and system testing strategies and frameworks
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
