Technical Lead Tavant Technologies

Basic Criteria

- Required Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, any engineering, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems.
- Any suitable combination of education, experience or training is acceptable.

Experience Range

- Related field plus 2 years of relevant experience in the job offered, or as a software consultant or related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct and define the scope of each assigned project.
- Analyze and finalize the technical requirements for each project.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the Software Engineers, and define their specific tasks so that the development is done per each project specification.
- Coordinate and guide the team to develop, design and implement software products and applications.
- Interact with customers as point of contact on behalf of Tavant, assist the customer in change management issues, user training plans and defining ongoing maintenance requirements.
- Conduct periodic performance assessment/ evaluation of the subordinates.
- Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites within the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
