Job Description:Provide Technical leadership - Planning for risk and developing strategies for dealing with potential risks.
Build out detailed work plans showing resource allocation, inputs/outputs/activities.
Work closely with client senior technical leads/architects to ensure that delivered projects adhere to client platform standards and architecture; system engineering and database team standards.
Create project timelines including Project Phases & Milestones, Resource deployment schedule, Phase-wise complete time schedule for the system implementation- 60%
Coordinate the activities of the Software Engineers, and define their specific tasks so that the development is done per each project specification- 20%
Evaluating the project status against the timeline and scope. Identify the issues and gaps - 10%
Interact with customers as point of contact on behalf of Tavant, assist the customer in change management issues, user training plans and defining ongoing maintenance requirements, conduct periodic performance assessment/ evaluation of the team- 10%
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems , Information Technology or related filed.
Requires five (5) years of experience in job offered, Software Consultant, Engineer, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
Require travel/ relocation to client sites throughout the U.S.
