Basic CriteriaRequired Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, any engineering, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems.
Any suitable combination of education, experience or training is acceptable.
Experience Range
Related field plus 2 years of relevant experience in the job offered, or as a software consultant or related field.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and define the scope of each assigned project.
Analyze and finalize the technical requirements for each project.
Plan and coordinate the activities of the Software Engineers, and define their specific tasks so that the development is done per each project specification.
Coordinate and guide the team to develop, design and implement software products and applications.
Interact with customers as point of contact on behalf of Tavant, assist the customer in change management issues, user training plans and defining ongoing maintenance requirements.
Conduct periodic performance assessment/ evaluation of the subordinates.
Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites within the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
