Catalyst is looking for a few exceptional Technical Leads and Senior Application Engineers. We are looking for people who enjoy fast-paced and collaborative environments, who enjoy tackling interesting technical challenges, and who are interested in helping lead the next major innovation in building and supporting software. The responsibilities for Technical Leads and Senior Application Engineers include:- Mentoring line developers
- Leading the development and architecture of new client projects
- Supporting existing projects at client sites or from a Catalyst development center
- Overseeing development teams of varying sizes
Desired skills and experience include:
- 5+ years Java development
- 2+ years working with Spring framework
- Experience working in a TDD Agile Development environment
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design
patterns
- Experience with JMS
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
The ideal applicant will also have familiarity with Oracle Coherence or other in-memory data grids and experience with Microsoft-based technologies (SQL Server, C#, BizTalk, SharePoint)
