Duties: Administrate company systems, including different types of servers, hypervisors, operating systems, middleware, application software and networking equipment. Conduct installation of new systems, provisioning, maintenance and retirement of production equipment. Monitor production environment, troubleshoot failures, compensate for and fix hardware and software faults, investigate problems with PSTN and Internet providers. Develop software tools for administrative tasks automation. Handle customization requests from customer and configure software to meet customization needs. Evaluate, design and implement security policies and settings in the production environment. Research and recommend data processing and storage hardware and software, computer networking solutions.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor?s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of work experience in a network-related occupation. Experience in skills may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Employer will accept education evaluation prepared by a qualified credential evaluation service. Employer will accept three years of college level engineering studies and 5 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor?s degree and 5 years of experience. Education or experience must include:
1.Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration ? 5 years experience
2.Linux and Cisco IP Network Administration ? 3 years experience
3.VoIP and PSTN ? 3 years experience
4.Perl and Shell Scripting Languages ? 3 years experience (design and development of continuous integration system)
5.Python scripting language ? 3 years experience (design and developing GUI applications using QT library, system tools, HTTP servers for load balancing)
6.Twisted framework (python) ? 2 years experience (design and development of high load applications, frameworks for developing of distributed applications)
