THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are actively interviewing experience Dynamics AX Technical experts for our Technical Pre-Sales Solution Consultant role.
As a key member of the sales team, the Dynamics AX Technical Presales Solution Consultant uses consulting skills to build an intimate understanding of our prospective customers' business problems; objectives and priorities. The Presales Solution Consultant maps these needs to Dynamics AX and demonstrates to the prospect/client the business benefits of Dynamics AX through interaction, correspondence, presentations and demonstrations throughout the sales process. In addition to sales pursuits, the Technical Pre-Sales Solution Consultants would be responsible for the ongoing development and operations of all Junction Solutions demonstration environments and infrastructure.
In collaboration with Junction?s internal IT and development departments, this individual would work with sales management and sales teams to develop innovative and intriguing technical and functional demonstrations and business scenarios designed to showcase Microsoft and Junction Solutions technology.
Consult with prospective customers to identify business problems; objectives and priorities relevant to our software solutions and technology solutions
Lead, prepare and deliver (in partnership with the Sales team) custom presentations, demonstrations, and solution to the customer of the benefits of our proposed solution.
Develop and innovate unique and intriguing technical and functional demonstrations scenarios for use in various sales cycles.
Coordinate with Junction IT and development teams to support and maintain a fully functional, stand-alone demonstration environment.
Maintain a strong knowledge base and serve as a resource to the sales teams on Microsoft DAX technical innovations and functionality.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):
Undergraduate degree in business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent; CPA is a plus
3 - 10 years experience in the implementation and/ or Presales/Post Sales capacity for ERP Software required
1 + years experience in a presales/demonstration of Dynamics AX package required
2 + years experience in a presales/demonstration of a Dynamics packages required (GP, SL, AX, or NAV)
3- 5 years of consulting experience highly desirable
Knowledge of, and the ability to plan and deliver product presentations including, product demo skills, solution selling and domain or vertical expertise required to close a deal required
3+ years experience with a Microsoft Dynamics product is required
Expertise centered around food manufacturing, distribution or CPG highly desirable.
Possess the ability to speak knowledgeably and persuasively with senior customer technical leadership, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with senior business leaders by articulating and bridging technical-business gaps
Flexibility and willingness to travel when on-site work is required (typically for short periods)
