The Product Architect works as a bridge between Product Managers and Software Engineering by defining product requirements and providing guidance for high level design decisions.
Essential Job Functions/Activities
? Work with product management to define product requirements
? Translate business requirements into practical solutions.
? Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
? Integrate the visions of different product needs into a coherent technical design.
? Identify areas of common functionality to leverage existing or overlapping components.
? Identify and scope areas eligible for integrating existing products to provide functionality.
? Make high level design decisions regarding how features will eventually be used.
? Work with QA to develop pass conditions and test plans.
? Consult with operations teams on proper usage of tools and configurations.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support the needs of the Product Architecture Team at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience.
? Years of Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
Specific Skills & Abilities:
? Thorough understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, HTTP, Javascript, DOM, Cookies, XML, etc.
? Experience writing technical documents, flow charts, etc.
? Understanding of online advertising technologies and key business drivers.
? Knowledge of SQL
? Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience communicating with technical and non-technical people.
? Experience designing user interfaces is a plus.
? Detail Oriented
