Technical Product Manager mBlox
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The technical product manager will lead product planning as the Agile Product Owner for our on-line customer portal and various other products along with important development initiatives; reporting to the VP of Product Management.
Define and continuously refine the overall online customer experience for mBlox?s web portals.
Engineer requirements for our web portals as well as on our back-end systems.
Work with functional teams across the organization to identify current status and modifications to technical systems and business processes needed to ultimately achieve a frictionless web based customer experience.
Interface with internal business stakeholders and external vendors at all levels of seniority to establish the detailed user stories and to prioritize effectively.
Undertake analysis of current functionality of mBlox?s technical platform with a view to engineer requirements for the backlog that delivers the best possible ROI.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with other product owners to coordinate technical dependencies and priorities.
Interact with development teams to understand technical opportunities, dependencies, constraints and product related decisions needed to progress work
Achieve delivery through personal ownership and sole accountability for a portfolio of product.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related area.
5-7 years experience in product management, telecommunications, testing, web based b2b experience.
Ability to engineer requirements for our web portals.
Strong technical background and ability to understand complex web, transactional and database systems.
Demonstrated success in delivery of web-based customer service solutions, preferably with some user experience/design element.
Solid understanding of iterative development and other software development processes and procedures.
Energetic and capable of working independently to drive progress.
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
Ability to lead multi-functional meetings to results; take ownership.
Large capacity for understanding product information down to the most detailed level, whilst still being able to focus on the overall product and deliverable requirements.
Experience in Agile/Scrum, preferred certified scrum master/certified product owner.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to delivery commitments.
Proven ability to create and drive process to execution.
