Technical Product Manager United Sample

Consult with internal and external client(s) to translate business requirements into documented
functional requirements for technical design and development.
Effectively communicate technical information in both written and verbal forms to both
technical and nontechnical personnel
Keep upto date on leading edge technology solutions in market to generate innovative ideas to
solve business challenges
Help establish prioritization processes
Work with the development team to complete requirements
Troubleshoot issues associated with the integrations, document production problems, and
coordinate the escalation of issues
Assist business owners with identifying requirements, solutions and building a business case to
support recommended solutions
Provide ongoing support and communication between uSamps business and technology teams
Proactively communicate progress and resolution to appropriate teams
Keep abreast of industry and product advances.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
4year degree in a technical discipline
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of project/product management experience in an online environment
Technical background is a must.
Possess full product lifecycle experience (requirements, design, implementation, deployment)
Experience working with cross functional teams
Prior, successful experience in an Agile development environment such as Scrum or XP.
Proven ability to work efficiently with multiple business product owners
