Technical Product Marketing Manager Alteryx

The Technical Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering materials and campaigns that illustrate the Alteryx product experience. This will include creating sales ready demonstrations, online demonstrations, cloud product trials, executive keynote support, and direct event or customer presentations.
This role will work closely with all parts of the Alteryx organization, especially marketing, sales, sales engineering, and customer success management. The role is based in our San Mateo office but remote candidates will be considered. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and passionate marketing department that is focused on further increasing the fast growth of an emerging leader in the analytics market.
Build product experience marketing materials to support the sales process including guided demonstrations, canned demonstrations and cloud live product trials
Create sales tools including technical product presentations, whitepapers, product guides, technical briefs and other tools, to enable sales teams to sell the Alteryx technology story effectively.
Evangelize and demonstrate products to prospects, analysts and customers at conferences, tradeshows, and Alteryx events.
Research and maintain technical competitive intelligence in key usage areas and markets, including building technical evaluation labs.
Support partnership-related technical product marketing activities.
Industry events: Attending tradeshows and other events to represent Alteryx
3-6+ years in technical product marketing or sales engineering in enterprise software.
Passionate about groundbreaking technology, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience establishing value and translating this to effective technology-based demonstration use cases.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
