The SSD Program Management Office is responsible for the development activities of new products and technologies for the Automotive MEMS and Solid State, Consumer and Industrial Sensors.
The Program Manager will:
Lead the definition, prototyping, and the qualification of new products.
Define the new product and propose a development plan with the product line managers.
Coordinate the design, engineering and manufacturing activities for the new product introduction and interface with the key Customers.
BSEE, MSEE preferred.
Prior semiconductor experience with 5 to 10 years and understanding of circuit design, engineering and industrialization of analog circuits, mixed signal and digital circuits is required.
Prior management role in semiconductor product development and/or Sensor/MEMS knowledge are strong plus.
Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills - both oral and written ? and excellent customer communication are required.
Proven experience in Project Management. PMP certification is a plus.
Use of tools for Project Management, such as MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office are required.
Ability and willingness for some travel required (domestic & international).
The Program Manager must be able to lead a highly skilled, cross-functional development team, analyze the project status, mitigate the development risks and communicate the status with Customers.
