Key Responsibilities:
? Planning large customer IPTV system deployments
? Producing project plans and seeing them to fruition
? Identifying and securing needed resources for future tasks
? Handling conflicting issues, roadblocks and dependencies within the project
? Strengthening business relationships with customers
? Managing relationships with delivery partners and suppliers
? Delivering projects per agreed performance metrics
? Driving superior customer satisfaction results on project delivery
Required Knowledge:
? Extensive training and/or experience with project management principles, methodologies, processes and tools
? Experience with converged telecommunications solutions as related to data, voice, IP and IPTV products and services
? Excellent PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)
? Knowledge of working Telco/Carriers a plus

? Strong leadership skills
? Ability to pinpoint customer requirements and clearly articulate those to others
? Able to produce creative solutions to customer issues
? Superior communication skills
? Experience working with customer senior management
? Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial processes
? Excellent written communications skills
? Experience in SOW and Process documentation
? Ability to travel internationally extensively
Experience:
? Minimum of 5 years experience providing project management leadership in a customer delivery environment
? Minimum of 2 years in a Project Management role managing complex projects
? Managing projects for multiple customers simultaneously
? Leading multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
Preferred Education:
? A PMP certification or equivalent
? An advanced level business or technical degree a plus
