Technical Program Manager EPAM Systems
We are currently seeing a Technical Program Manager to join our Conshohocken area team. This can either be long term contract or a full-time role.
As a Technical Program Manager, you are responsible for all activities across multiple internal and external teams, including the client, while you manage the client's business objectives and processes that govern the program teams. You will orchestrate the planning, day to day management, communication and coordination of large scale projects and programs that involve leading process mapping, establishing governance practices, and outlining the scope of the digital strategic program.
6+ years experience functioning as a Program Manager assigned to large scale projects;
4+ years experience in senior client-facing role at an agency or similar client services environment;
Bachelor's Degree required;
Experience with strategic process mapping, establishing governance practices, and change management;
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills;
Proficient in a wide range of project and program management processes;
Proven track record of managing diverse projects and teams effectively achieving project goals and deadlines;
Proven ability to react positively and recover problematic situations;
Strong business acumen with an understanding of implementing measurable processes;
Experience communicating and fostering relationships with VP and C-level clients;
Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Manage day to day operations for large scale program teams including external vendors, partner organizations, and internal disciplines;
Coordinate complex project plans, while identifying and capturing dependencies and deliverables, and track teams against the plan;
Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program;
Track budget and schedule estimations across multiple concurrent projects and against both client and agency agendas;
Define and lead communication activities to create transparent reporting and escalation structures;
Develop and adjust processes to effectively integrate diverse teams ranging from no process infrastructure to established and mature PMOs;
Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects;
Host regular meetings to gather and communicate status, plan changes;
Understand primary business objectives, articulating and implementing associated metrics and measurement and reporting processes;
Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements;
Work with the client and Account Management teams on planning against a road map;
Work with Project Management to define an actionable plan to achieve the desired business results;
Travel to client and partner sites to conduct program management responsibilities;
Accountable to client and Empathy Lab management for the successful planning, tracking and delivery of the entire program.
