The Technical Project Manager role is an opportunity to be instrumental in ensuring predictable and increasingly seamless implementation processes and bring fresh perspectives and solutions, so clients can realize the value we can bring right from the start.

Strong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills required.
Ability to work consistently without requiring constant supervision and take initiative to generate new ideas to improve department operations.
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
Must have a good sense of humor, patience and a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have proven presentation skills.
Client management skills.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Willing to travel up to 60 and able to secure credit card.
Must be able to work on-site regularly in Bethesda, Maryland location.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor of Science degree.
Healthcare environment experience a plus.
System implementation experience a plus.
Candidates with existing credentials that allow them to work in the United States are preferred.
The job:
Work on-site with customers to understand their business operations and challenges.
Document requirements and transfer knowledge to the CodeRyte implementation team including integration engineers and Client Executives.
Work with Client Executives and other Project Managers to define the project team and target dates for major milestones.
Develop project plans necessary for successful client implementation.
Provide direction to assist client with goals and priorities for the CodeRyte solution.
Conduct staff presentations and project team trainings.
Develop understanding and documentation of client coding, billing and reimbursement processes.
Identify issue management and escalation.
Communicate and recommend pro-active issues/solutions back to project teams.
Perform the necessary documentation in a timely and thorough manner according to CodeRyte standards.
Understand client issues and needs in order to ensure best possible solution.
Work jointly with clients to develop agendas and ensure that all relevant objectives are met.
Be prepared for client appointments.
Ensure internal coordination and communications are provided.
Conduct end user training and one on one consulting with staff.
Maintain working relationship with client's Project Manager and management.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure deliverables are met.
Transfer knowledge to the CodeRyte Engineering and Customer Support teams .
