LogRhythm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. The primary function for this role is to provide management, project tracking, schedule management, collaboration, and facilitation for the support of software product development as well selected cross-functional activities. Successful candidate have outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills as this role requires working with many different groups (development, quality assurance, technical writing, technical support, professional services, manufacturing, training). The software development projects are utilizing Agile software development methodologies.
3+ years project management experience in a software development environment
1+ years of agile project management experience
Proven experience managing projects of team sizes 20 or larger through all phases of the software development process (e.g. conception/definition to post-deployment)
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
Strong skills and experience with at least one Agile project management tool (e.g. Rally), excel, and power point
Experienced in development of trending and status dashboards using a variety of tools: excel, reports from source control environment (TFS, GIT), and salesforce
Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication skills with ability to work with a diverse set of team-members brokering solutions and consensus.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Certified scrum master
Solid understanding of CMMI and ISO standards
Experience in management and incorporation of SharePoint in the software development process
Experience working in a large software product environment that involves many deployment scenarios (hardware appliance, software appliance, software only)
Experience managing 3rd party vendors
Understanding of software development infrastructure tools including source control management systems (SCM)
BS degree in technical area (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering) or business
