A supremely well-organized, big-picture coordinator. In close partnership with the technology leadership team, it?s your job to coordinate the myriad components of technology delivery and to shepherd them seamlessly through the various channels to successful happy-client completion.

You responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple technology projects concurrently, blending Agile methodologies with ?whatever it takes?
Internal and client-facing stakeholder and expectation management
Developing and managing artifacts required to successfully manage the momentum and completion of technology/product delivery projects.
Providing hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Assisting with resource forecasting, delivery and change management of projects
Assisting with internal process improvements
Interfacing with engineering and business owners for project requirements and scope
Ensuring that milestones are achieved on-time, on-budget and in scope; developing and monitoring risk and contingency plans
Additional duties as assigned
You bring to the table your:
B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
3 years prior experience as a Technical Project Manager working on concurrent complex projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Visio
Well versed and experienced in a variety of Software Development Life Cycle processes especially Agile, Scrum, test driven development methods in addition to more typical Waterfall techniques
Prior experience in a Web or Internet start-up environment and technical infrastructure management
Experience with managing projects related to rapid network, systems and data center growth a plus
Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence or similar toolsets
Additional items you bring (however not required):
Prior experience as a developer
Experience working in the payments / eCommerce industry
