Summary:
Manages the execution of tasks, processes and procedures related to bringing customers live on Joint Venture products in the Oildex suite of services. Coordinates with the work of Sales, Customer Services and Implementation Development to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue goals of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Manage technical set ups for ORC, CDEX, Code, Run Statements and JIB accounts, singularly or in conjunction with other Project Managers.
Complete all COPAS coding for JIBs.
Request owner numbers for CDEX, JIB and CODE.
Provide project management services on assigned projects and coordinate work timelines and expectations between the customer and all other groups, departments, third parties and other individuals who are involved in the project.
Conduct training to new users on assigned projects regarding applications of software. Identify and communicate requirements for developing or updating appropriate and effective customer training materials.
Support customers in resolving any and all issues related to the implementation process. Interact with customers, internal departments, and third party vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues. Escalate customer issues to upper management as appropriate.
Organize, produce, and report on the development and testing progress of assigned projects.
Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of the specifications, operation, and troubleshooting of assigned Oildex products. Develop familiarity with competing products.
Build and maintain customer and third party vendor relationships, and communicate relevant information to the Product Manager and other relevant management.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service and respond to requests for service and assistance. Assist Customer Support as needed.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent additional work experience.
2 to 5 years related experience in managing software implementation projects and/or domain expertise in oil & gas accounting.
