Our Plan, Design, and Implementation (PDI) organization is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who
will help the company successfully deploy their Workforce Optimization (WFO) and Analytics software. You will
lead, facilitate and monitor implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
What You?ll Do:
? Manage day-to-day project deployments from beginning to the end
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support customer business goals
? Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
? Provide deployment activity specifications to be included in Statements of Work
? Develop and review implementation best practice processes
? Serve as a liaison between Calabrio technical resources and Calabrio partners/customers
? Travel 0-5%
What we are looking for:
? Four year degree
? Minimum 2 years of consulting program/project management experience in leading software
? Experience with Telecommunications technology a plus
? Experience working in a fast moving environment
? Strong cross-functional verbal, written and visual communications skills
? Strong team player who can work independently as well as part of a team
? Excellent planning, organizing and attention to detail skills along with the ability to multi-task and adapt
? Technical aptitude
? Ability to detect project risks and build contingency plans
? Negotiations skills for effective engagement and project management
? Project tracking skills
