POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Project Manager leads, coordinates and monitors PDI Help Desk
activities/projects from initiation through delivery. A Technical Project Manager will be
able to work independently, providing updates to their supervisor/manager on a timely
basis. These activities/projects will include, but are not limited to, Calabrio software
deployments, training, field certifications integrating technologies with Calabrio
software, resource allocation, customer escalations and any other activity/project in
the Training or PDI Help Desk departments.
CORE EXPECTATIONS
? Manage day-to-day project development from beginning to the end
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management
? Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
? Provide deployment/training activity specifications to be included in Statements of
Work
? Develop and review PDI Help Desk best practice processes in support of partner
enablement
? Serve as a liaison between Calabrio technical resources and Calabrio
partners/customers
? Serve as a liaison between Calabrio PDI Help Desk and Cisco PDI Help Desk
? Travel 0-10%
? Customer facing/presentation skills
? Ability to do technical training a plus
? Other core expectations will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
? Requires a minimum BA degree
? Prefer to have consulting program/project management experience
? Minimum 3 years of consulting program/project management experience in leading
software deployment projects
? Experience with Telecommunications technology a plus
? Experience working in a fast moving environment
