ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to report to our VP of Product on our Social Marketing Suite Platform. This is a highly visible role working in partnership with internal developers, and senior management to ensure high quality delivery of products. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating tasks related to our Social Marketing Suite software including: QA testing, preparation of project related documentation, evaluating project deliverables and open source tools, estimating resources needed, and providing feedback to the VP of Product. This role will facilitate communication with the development team, providing support when needed, and other duties as specified by the VP of Product.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with developers, product management and artists
Review and comment on milestone submissions
Ensure timely delivery of the product and related assets
Provide release information to marketing and PR
Coordinate QA
Project planning and resource allocation plans
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree in CS or Engineering
At least 3 years experience in project management for web application development or games
Well spoken and written English
KEY ATTRIBUTES

Superb written and oral communication abilities
Professional and articulate with strong business acumen
Experience working with cross-functional teams and software engineers
Diplomatic yet firm when it comes to managing schedules, resources, timelines, and deliverable dates with both internal and external parties
An ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously
A technical background, or solid understanding of software development. Social Marketing software experience highly preferred.
