Overview:
The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master works with our onshore and offshore development teams dedicated to our industry-leading Data Management Platform. Working as a member of our Product Development team, the TPM/SM interfaces directly with our VP of Product and VP of Engineering to act as the project's TPM, manage and facilitate the Agile process, and work with the projects participating stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our product.

Responsibilities:
Organize, facilitate, and run daily scrum meetings, bi-weekly iteration planning meetings, sprint retrospective meetings, and other Agile-related meetings
Manage and maintain the sprint, product, and QA backlog
Track burndown charts, velocity, and sprint progress
Assist development team in making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition, and prioritization
Garden user stories, including augmenting existing stories, acceptance criteria, and story validation
Work with development team to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
Facilitate team discussions, conflict resolution, and team productivity improvements
Create technical and supporting documentation, include iteration release notes
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master in a software or web development environment
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software or web development environment
Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP Certification a plus
Understanding of agile development in a software development environment
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Ability to engage in constructive debate and conflict in order to arrive at better solutions
Experience with digital marketing technology, especially display media, is a big plus
Concrete organizational skills, and ability to lead teams of strong personalities
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
