Technical Project Manager (Web) - CONTRACT Better Place

DUTIES:
Strategy
Develop SLA strategy that works for OpCos (e.g. 24x7 solution)
Conception/implementation of strategy for de-fragmenting Better Place web presence
Strategy for maintaining brand consistency across sites/channels

Operations
Manage ongoing maintenance (bug fixes, etc.), performed by our web agency
Manage budget & purchase orders
Serve as POC to all teams around the world on web issues (including ongoing maintenance, development of new sites, technology issues, training, support)
Launch new sites
Perform quarterly web insights reports (using Google Analytics + Scoutlabs)
Develop SLA strategy that works for OpCos around the world (e.g. 24x7 solution)
Writing technical specs of RFPs for future web projects


QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience merging differential platforms into a unified web instance
Minimum of 6 years as webmaster (or equivalent) experience at fast-paced company
Experience in a start up company, highly desired
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, C, MS SQL, XSLT
Proficiency in generating web research reports based on Google Analytics data collection & analysis tools
Excellence in developing PPT presentations to communicate research findings

EDUCATION:
BS degree (or equivalent) required, graduate degree a plus
